§ 1 Basic Provisions

1. The following terms and conditions apply to contracts concluded via shop.tynet.eu. Unless otherwise agreed, any terms and conditions used by you are expressly rejected.

2. A consumer within the meaning of this regulation is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for private purposes. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person who enters into a legal transaction in pursuit of their professional or commercial interests.
